Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the CheerQuake app, your CheerQuake account and the website cheerquake.live. By using CheerQuake you agree to them. "CheerQuake", "we" and "us" mean the app and the people who run it, from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. What CheerQuake is

CheerQuake is a Windows app for TikTok LIVE creators. It reacts to the gifts, follows, shares, likes and chat of your LIVE with actions in your games and on your stream overlays. It is an independent app and isn't made by, endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok or the makers of any game.

2. Your account

• An account is for one person. Keep access to your email (and Google account) safe: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can sign in as you.
• A paid plan works on one PC at a time. You can move it to another PC a limited number of times a month.
• You must be old enough to use TikTok LIVE in your country, and to agree to these terms.

3. Plans, trials and payments

• CheerQuake has a free plan. Paid plans (Pro and Max) add more features. What each plan includes is shown in the app and on this website, and may change as features are added.
• Paid plans will be sold through a payment partner that acts as the seller. Its own terms apply to the payment.
• A subscription renews by itself every month or year until you cancel. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• The free trial can be used once per account and once per PC.
• Refunds follow the payment partner's refund policy and your local consumer law.
• If prices change, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
• The app needs to go online at least once every 3 days to check your plan. Without that, it works as the free plan until it can check again.

4. Game mods

• CheerQuake's game mods change single-player games on your PC. Use them offline only. Some games (for example Elden Ring with Easy Anti-Cheat, or GTA Online) can ban accounts that use mods online. You use mods at your own risk.
• Back up your game saves before using mods. We take care to keep saves safe, but we aren't responsible for lost saves, game problems or bans.
• You must own the games you use with CheerQuake. Game names and characters belong to their owners.

5. Using CheerQuake fairly

Don't use CheerQuake to break the law or TikTok's rules, and don't:

• try to get around the licence, the plan limits or the one-PC rule;
• share, sell or rent your account or a paid plan;
• attack, overload or try to break into our servers or other users' accounts;
• copy, resell or publish CheerQuake or its pictures as your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

6. Your content

Your presets, rules and your own pictures and sounds stay yours. When you back them up, you let us store them so we can give them back to you. You are responsible for having the right to use any pictures, sounds and text you add.

7. Other services

CheerQuake works with services we don't control, such as TikTok, OBS, TikTok LIVE Studio, Euler Stream and the games themselves. They can change or stop working at any time, and their own terms apply.

8. No warranty

We work hard to make CheerQuake reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors, or that it will work with every game update.

9. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, lost data or saves, or account bans in other services. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

10. Ending

You can stop using CheerQuake and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). If CheerQuake ever closes, we'll tell you in advance and give you a way to keep your presets.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email about important changes. Using CheerQuake after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without taking away the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
