Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CheerQuake collects, why, where it is kept and the choices you have. CheerQuake is a Windows app for TikTok LIVE creators, run from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this policy "CheerQuake", "we" and "us" mean the CheerQuake app, its website cheerquake.live and the people who run them.

In short: CheerQuake works on your PC. We only keep what an account needs: your email address, your plan, the PC your plan is on, and the backups of your presets you choose to make. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads and the app has no tracking or analytics.

1. What we collect

Your account. When you sign in, we keep your email address and an account ID. Signing in with a code by email needs only your email address.
Sign in with Google. If you choose Google, Google tells us your email address, your Google account ID, your name and a link to your profile picture. CheerQuake uses only your email address and account ID. The name and picture link are stored by our sign-in service as Google sends them, and are never shown, shared or used for anything else.
Your PC. To keep a plan on one PC, the app sends a code made from your PC's Windows ID. It is one-way scrambled (hashed), so it can't be turned back into the ID. The app also sends your PC's name, so you can tell your PCs apart, and the CheerQuake version you use.
Your backups. When you make a cloud backup, or when the app backs up for you, we store your presets and the settings they use (gift rules, goals, wheels, the timer, overlay and text-to-speech settings). Backups never include your TikTok keys, your saved sign-ins or your own pictures and sounds.
Your plan. Your plan, its status and its dates, and whether your account or PC has already used a free trial.
Payments (when paid plans open). Payments will be handled by a payment partner that sells the subscription for us. It collects your payment details itself. We receive only what we need to run your plan, such as the plan you bought, its status and dates and your country. We never see your full card number.
Emails to support. If you write to support@cheerquake.live, we keep your message and our reply.
Technical logs. Our service providers keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses and the time of a request, to run the service and keep it secure.

2. What stays on your PC

Your TikTok LIVE connection, the events of your LIVE (viewer names, gifts, likes, chat), your games, game mods, saves and your own pictures and sounds are handled on your PC and are not sent to us. To connect to TikTok LIVE, the app talks to TikTok, and it may use Euler Stream's signing service (see section 5). Your saved sign-in to CheerQuake is kept encrypted with Windows' own protection.

3. How we use it

To sign you in and keep you signed in.
To give you your plan's features on your PC, and to let you move the plan to another PC.
To store and restore your backups.
To send the emails you ask for, such as sign-in codes, and messages about your plan or account.
To answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Google user data

When you sign in with Google, CheerQuake asks Google only for your basic profile and email address (the "openid", "email" and "profile" permissions). We use this data only to create your CheerQuake account and sign you in. We don't use it for ads, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the sign-in service listed below that stores it for us. We don't use it to train AI models. CheerQuake's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove CheerQuake's access at any time from your Google Account (Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services).

5. Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers to run CheerQuake. They handle data only to provide their service to us:

Supabase: accounts, sign-in and the database for plans and backups. Our project is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).
Cloudflare: this website, the downloads of CheerQuake's pictures and sounds, and email routing for support@cheerquake.live.
Resend: sends the sign-in code emails.
Google: only when you choose to sign in with Google.
The payment partner: when paid plans open, it will be named here.

Some features connect your PC directly to other services: TikTok and Euler Stream (Euler Stream signs the TikTok LIVE connection, so it receives the TikTok username you connect to), Steam's image servers (game pictures), PaperMC (downloads the Minecraft server, when you set one up) and paldb.cc (Palworld pictures, only if you turn them on). Those services see your IP address like any website does, and their own privacy policies apply.

We may share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users or the service.

6. How long we keep it

Your account, your plan and your PC records: while your account exists.
Backups: your newest backups are always kept. How long older backups are kept depends on your plan; older ones are deleted automatically every night.
When you delete your account, we delete your account, backups and PC records within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can use CheerQuake without an account; the cloud features need one.
You can sign out at any time. Signing out removes the saved sign-in from your PC.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and everything with it. Write to support@cheerquake.live from the email of your account.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your local law (for example the GDPR in Europe or the PDPL in Saudi Arabia). We'll honour them.

8. Security

Everything between the app and our servers travels encrypted (HTTPS). Our database lets each account read only its own data, your plan comes in a signed licence that can't be changed on the PC, and your sign-in on the PC is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

CheerQuake is made for TikTok LIVE creators, and TikTok allows going LIVE only from age 18. CheerQuake isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child has given us data, write to us and we'll delete it.

10. This website

cheerquake.live has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
